Maureen “Moe” (Daley) Banner 74, of Pawtucket passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side on October 1, 2016.  She was the wife of the late Ronald J. Banner (2012) for over 50 years.

Maureen was born in Providence, RI.  She was the daughter of the late Margaret (McElroy) Daley.  “Moe” was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket, RI.

Maureen was a loyal employee of International Packaging Corporation for 35 years before retiring in 2009.  She was a member of Fogarty Residence Association, Garden Club and Hi-Low Jack Club.  She enjoyed crocheting, Bingo and playing cards with family and friends.

Maureen was a loving mother of her 5 children; Jackie (Banner) Hervieux and her husband Michael of Warwick, Rhonda (Banner) March and her husband Frederick of Warwick, Belinda (Banner) Duva and her husband Gary of Cranston, Ronald Banner and his wife Jodie (Moore) of Bradford and Brian Banner of Attleboro, MA.  She also leaves behind many grandchildren; Michelle Cetola, Kayla Perry, Jennifer March, Nathan March, Sophia Duva,  Tessa Watson, Rebecca Banner, Logan Banner, Christopher Banner, Annie Banner, Alex Banner and Brady Banner.  Her great grandchildren are Logan DeSanto, Lucas Cetola, Amber Cetola and Lemon Watson.  She was the sister of Diane Smith and Charlene Tremblay.

There will be a funeral service for Mrs. Banner Thursday at 12:00 noon in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket.  Her calling hours will be Thursday morning from 9:00 am until noon in the funeral home.  For online condolences please visit Manningheffern.com
