My desk was beside Vahan's for more than a year in the First District Personnel office. He was an exceptionally fine man who taught me a lot, mostly by example.

Sorry he is no longer with his family and friends.

My condolences to Vahan's entire family. I loved seeing him at Diane's house for parties. He turned me on to stuffed grape leaves! Lots of laughs with him. So sorry for your loss.

Our sympathies to your family from ours. I served with Vahan at CG Base Boston, MA from September 1971 through August, 1974. He was a good friend and great Coast Guardsman.

Dear Uncle Vahan, Thanks for being a great brother to my dad. Thanks for being a great uncle to me. I'll miss you seeing you at all the family events. We sure shared some good times (and food together). I'll miss bumping into you around town, too. Please be at peace now. God bless you. May God be with Barbara, Karen, Stephen and Dianne. Love, Nancy
