Carmella M. (Squadrito) Andrade

Carmella (Squadrito) Andrade, 85, of Pawtucket died Tuesday, April 26, 2016. She was the wife for 64 years of the late Joseph Andrade.  Mrs. Andrade was born in Pawtucket and was the daughter of Domenic and Carmella (Calabro) Squadrito. She worked at Steingold Pontiac (Volvo) in Pawtucket where she was Office Manager and Assistant Treasurer. She loved animals, especially dogs, and was known for her sense of humor, pragmatism and love for her family.

Mrs. Andrade is survived by three generations of nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the Grace Seone and Josephine Calo of Coventry, and Gloria Andrade Pawtucket. She was the sister of the late Angelo Squadrito, Salvo “Sam” Squadrito, Mary Calabro, Rose Sousa, Sarah “Sally” Shaw, and James “Skippy” Squadrito.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Andrade are by the MANNING-HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. Her burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
