Alice Brennan Bray of Pawtucket died peacefully on May 10, 2015. She was the wife of the late Russell J. Bray.
Mrs. Bray was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Peter J. Brennan and Alice P. (Cunnion) Brennan. She was a graduate of the Rhode School of Design and upon graduation Mrs. Bray enjoyed her career as an elementary school teacher in the Providence and Pawtucket schools. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph’s Church in Pawtucket and a founding member of the prayer group there.
Mrs. Bray was the loving aunt of nineteen nieces and nephews. She also leaves many great nieces and nephews.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Bray on Friday, May 15th at 10:00 am in the Holy Family Parish Church, formerly St. Joseph’s Church, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Her calling hours will be Friday morning from 9:00 am in the Church, prior to the Mass.
