Raymond Gardner Obituary

Raymond W. Gardner, of Lincoln passed into eternal life on March 25, 2020. He was the former husband of Estelle Gardner.

Mr. Gardner was born in Lincoln, the son of the late Albert Gardner and Mary (Hannaway) Gardner.

Ray was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean War.

He is survived by his daughters; Dianne Gardner of Lincoln and Karen G. Mooney and her husband Kevin of Pawtucket. Ray is also survived by his Sister Helen Marcoux and her husband Raymond and his grandchildren, Jeremy Freitas, Melissa McCormick, Brandon Guindon, Nathan Guindon, Kelley Wilson, Kilah Deroy, Kaitlin Teves, Kortni Mooney and nine great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Mary Hayes, Albert “Bud”Gardner and Russell Gardner.

Ray was a volunteer firefighter for the Fairlawn Fire Department in Lincoln, a longtime tractor trailer driver and was employed by the Pawtucket Water Department for many years.

There will be a committal service for Ray on Saturday at 10:00 am in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Curran Road, Cumberland. His burial will follow with full Military Honors. Relatives and friends are invited. To leave a condolence please visit http://www.manningheffern.com/
