Patricia (Lovely) Barboza, of Atria Lincoln Place, formerly of Cumberland and Pawtucket was called home to the Father on Dec 21, 2020. She was 88 years old.
She was the daughter of George Franklin & Dorothy (Lythgoe) Lovely.
Predeceased by her late husband, John Barboza Sr. After 32 years, they will be together again for Christmas.
She is survived by their six children; Dorothy Archambault of Cumberland, Patricia Ryan of Lincoln, John Barboza Jr of Las Vegas, Manuel Barboza of Lincoln, Mary-Ann Barboza of Charlestown, and Robert Barboza of Cumberland. Additionally, she leaves behind her sister, Beatrice Delamare of Cumberland, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Working several years in the Textile Industry before becoming a Homemaker, she returned to work and retired from Monet Jewelry as a Quality Assurance Clerk. She was a member of the Lincoln Lanes Bowling League, a performer for the Valley Singers and a member of the Red Hat Society. Her passion for theater drove her to attending the Broadway Series at PPAC for over 40 years.
Family attended a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Pawtucket; Patricia was laid to rest in Swan Point Cemetery.
