Mary Ann Goulet, age 93 of Mashpee, MA and formerly of Pawtucket, RI passed into eternal life on September 9, 2021.She was the wife of the late Robert R. Goulet Sr.
Mrs. Goulet was born in Attleboro, MA, the daughter of the late Armand Doucette and Marie Blanche (Pelletier) Doucette.
With her husband Bob, Mary Ann owned and operated the Beef Hearth Restaurant on the corner of Armistice Boulevard. and Newport Avenue in Pawtucket for 24 years, after owning Bobby’s Ice Cream Shop in their hometown. Ann cherished time with her family and friends, her home and gardens.
Mrs. Goulet is survived by her children; Robert Goulet Jr. and his wife Marsha of Pawtucket, Peter Goulet and his wife Colleen of Marble Falls, Texas, Marc Goulet and his fiancée Sharon Prouty of Richmond, RI and Mary Anne Simpson of Lynnfield, MA along with 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
She leaves her brothers; Eugene Doucette, Paul Doucette Donald Doucette and her sisters: Noela Pino and Danielle Medeiros and was predeceased by Rose Marie Dion and Joanne Doucette.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Ann on Friday, October 22nd at 10:00 am in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket.Her burial will be at 2:15 pm in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne Ma.
