Gibbons, Mary F. (Carroll), age 89, of Pawtucket, RI, passed peacefully, surrounded by family on May 24, 2018. Daughter of Anne and Charles “Chick” Carroll, wife and life-long love of the late Ray “Gibby” Gibbons. Devoted mother of Deborah Dickie, son in law Paul Flanigan and son Raymond Gibbons Jr. Dear sister of Edward “Iggy” Carroll, and John “Toke” Carroll. Beloved grandmother of Erin Mignosa, Chelsea Boucher, Kevin Dickie and Raymond Gibbons III. Great grandmother to Kennedy Mignosa and Cannon Boucher. Also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mary and her husband owned/operated Gibby’s Service Station on East Ave. for many years. Mary was a strong, resilient, Irish woman who touched the lives of many. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday May 29th at Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI 02860 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM. Funeral mass will begin at 10:00 AM on May 30th at St. Mary’s Church, 103 Pine St. Pawtucket, RI. 02860.
