Margaret Mary Crowell

Margaret Mary Martley Crowell of Pawtucket RI, wife of the late Russell Pershing Crowell passed away peacefully on December 5, 2019. She is survived by her two children, Christine Peterson of Eugene, Oregon and Russell Crowell of Palm City, Florida, two grandsons, Eric Peterson of Seattle Washington and Peter Peterson of Redlands California. She recently became a great grandmother to Kaiden Palmer Peterson of Redlands,CA. 
Mrs. Crowell worked for many years including holding positions at Duke University, Brown University, The RI Foundation and The American Cancer Society. She could be seen regularly cheering on her beloved Paw Sox. She enjoyed bowling, was an avid reader and loved watching the Red Sox.
She was the sister of the late Walter Martley of VA and William Martley of RI. 
In lieu of flowers, any donations should be made in her honor to St. Elizabeth’s Home, 
1 St. Elizabeth’s Way, East Greenwich, RI 02818.  

There will be a Committal service for Margaret on Tuesday, December  10th at 11:00 am, to which relatives and friends are invited to, in the Mt. St. Mary's Chapel, Prospect Street, Pawtucket. Her burial will follow.
