Joseph Anthony "Jam" Montalbano, 64, of Port Charlotte, Florida (formally of Providence, RI) died May 2, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Montalbano was born in Pawtucket, the son of Patricia E. (Gilligan) Montalbano and the late Peter Montalbano. He was the owner of Tony Realty and Montalbano Construction.
Besides his mother, Mr. Montalbano leaves behind his daughter Leah A. Montalbano, son-in-law Rodney Claro, granddaughters Maya and Sydney Claro, of West Windsor, VT, and his son Jonathan R. Montalbano of Providence, RI. He is also survived by his brothers Peter Montalbano of Cumberland, Matthew Montalbano (Betty) of Harrisville, and Thomas Montalbano (Rose) of Smithfield, his sisters Patricia Travis and Lisa Montalbano of North Providence. Joseph also leaves several devoted nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was the brother of the late Rosanne Converse and Mary Anne Montalbano.
There will be private visitation for Joe at the families convenience.
