John F Donovan

John F. Donovan, of Pawtucket, passed into eternal life on December 3, 2021. He was
the husband of Leonora (Pita) Donovan.
John was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late John A. Donovan and Anna (Fleming) Donovan.
He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
John worked at Drakes Bakery for many years.
Besides his wife Leonora, John is survived by his daughter Lisa Burtan and her husband
Rupert, of Plainville, Massachusetts, and grandchildren, Donovan and Madison.
He is predeceased by his son Gary J. Donovan and his sisters Anna Specht and Mary
Donovan.
There will be a funeral service for Mr. Donovan on Thursday, December 9th at 11:00 am in the
Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery Chapel, Exeter. Burial with full Military honors will follow. Relatives and friends are invited.
