Janet Mullen Obituary

Janet F. Mullen, of Lincoln passed into eternal life on December 25, 2021.

She was the loving wife of John “Harry” Mullen for over forty nine years.

Mrs. Mullen was born in Washington D.C., the daughter of the late Newton and Julia Stribling.

Jan is survived by her six grandsons and two great grandsons. She was the mother of the late Linda Pelland and Earl King as well as the sister of the late Donald Stribling. 

Jan always enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods and Twin River Casino. She truly enjoyed the slot machines there. She also enjoyed cooking, arts and crafts and reading a good book.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Jan on Thursday, December 30th at 10:00 am in St.Jude’ s Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Her burial will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. The calling hours for Jan will be Thursday morning from 8:30 AM in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, prior to her Mass at St. Judes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore, Boulevard, East Providence, 02914.
