Theofilo (Ted) Vieira

Theofilo “Ted” Vieira, 96, died on December 25, 2018. He was the husband of the late Rosalina (Soares) Vieira.

He was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late Frank Vieira and Rose (Silva) Vieira.

Mr. Vieira was a WWII Veteran serving as a corpsman with the United States Navy, the United States Marine Corp and the United States Army.

Ted is survived by his children; Rosemarie Jacques, of Florida, James Vieira and his wife Peggy of East Greenwich, Regina Laliberte and her husband James of Warwick, and William Vieira and his wife Nancy of Pawtucket. He had fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

The funeral for Mr. Vieira will be Saturday at 9:30 am from the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Pine Street, Pawtucket at 11:00 am. His burial will be with full Military honors in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
