Robert J. Aronne of Attleboro, Massachusetts and formerly of Pawtucket died on July 9, 2017.
He was the husband of Rosalind (Rondeau) Aronne.
Mr. Aronne was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late Joseph Aronne and Dina (Romoli) Aronne. He was a United States Navy Veteran, serving in the Korean War. After the war Mr. Aronne was an antiques dealer.
Besides his wife Robert is survived by his sister, Sandra Taylor of Vero Beach, Florida and his nieces; Luanne Bela-Rosa, Tami Myers and Melanie Germani.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Aronne on Wednesday, July 12th at 10:00 am in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. His calling hours will be Wednesday morning from 8:30 am in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, prior to the Mass. The burial with full Military Honors will be in the Rhode Island Veteran’s Cemetery, Exeter.
