Louise Margaret (Dalton) Carney

 Louise M. Carney (Dalton) of Pawtucket passed away on September 5, 2017. She was the loving wife of Robert J. Carney.

Mrs. Carney was born in Dedham, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late John Dalton and Mary (Flynn) Dalton.

Besides her husband, Louise is survived by her sons, John E. Carney and his wife Kirsten of Riverside and Robert Carney and his wife Laurie of Pawtucket. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Mrs. Carney was a longtime volunteer at the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Red Cross, St. Edward’s Parish in Pawtucket and Historic St. Joseph’s Parish in Cumberland.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Louise on Saturday, September 9th at 10:00 am in Historic St. Joseph’s Church, 1303 Mendon Road, Cumberland to which relatives and friends are invited. Her calling hours will be on Friday from 5-7 pm in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket.
