Julia Bertha (Lonczak) Massart

Julia B. Massart of Rumford passed into eternal life on January 26, 2018.

She was the wife of the late George Luckina and Raymond Massart.

Julia was born in Providence, the daughter of the late John Lonczak and Bertha (Krause) Lonczak.  She was a buyer for the Shepard’s Department Store before enjoying a long career in customer service for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island.

Julia is survived by her nieces; Mary Anne Lonczak- Perri and her husband Frank of Seekonk, Massachusetts and Elizabeth M. Almeida of Portsmouth. She also leaves her nephews; John W. Lonczak and his wife Debra of Dupont, Washington Walter P. Lonczak Jr.and his wife Sherri of Seekonk, Massachusetts and Paul E Lonczak and his wife Joni of Narragansett.

There will be a chapel service for Julia in St. Ann’s Cemetery Chapel, Cranston on Wednesday, January 31st at 11:00 am. Her burial will follow.
