Jennie (Bozas) Mustakos

Jennie (Boza) Mustakos, formerly of Pawtucket died on Saturday, January 6th at the home of her loving daughter in Cranston. She was the wife of the late James G. Mustakos who predeceased her in July 2017.

Mrs. Mustakos was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts the daughter of the late Stratis and Mary (Alvezos) Boza.

She was employed by the State of Rhode Island in the school lunch program as a cook for many years.

Jennie is survived by her loving daughter, Dorothea and her husband Arthur of Cranston. She also leaves her grandchildren whom she adored, Dr. John A. Kazianis and his wife Dr. Evgenia Litrivis of Stamford, Connecticut and Gia Jeas and her husband Andrew from Needham, Massachusetts. She also leaves her sister Sandra Xintaras  and her precious great grandchildren, Thea and Eva Kazianis and George Jeas. Jennie had many beloved nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Katherine Morris, Stephen Boza, Ernest Boza and Olga Vazopolas.

There will be a funeral Mass for Jennie on Wednesday, January 10th at 10:00 am in the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 97 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Visitation will be from 9:00 am on Wednesday morning, prior to the service in the Church. Her burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church, 97 Walcott Street, Pawtucket R.I. 02860 in Jennie’s memory.
