Roland D. Satti

Roland D. Satti, 86, of South Attleboro, Ma., died on February 7, 2016. He was the husband of Shirley (Cummings) Satti.  Mr. Satti was born in Pawtucket, the son of the late Gulio and Anna (Peranzi) Satti. He was employed at Davol Rubber Company for over forty two years.

Besides his wife Shirley, Roland is survived by his children; David W. Satti and his wife Karen of North Attleboro, Massachusetts and his daughter Sandra Pinkerton and her husband John of Florida. He was the father in law of Karen R. Jackson. Mr. Satti had a sister, Mary Romano of Pawtucket and a brother Gino Satti who is also of Pawtucket Mr. Satti also had four stepchildren; Kenneth Laprade and his wife Wendy, Donna Laprade, Mark Laprade and his wife Joy and William LaPrade and his wife June. He had twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Roland was the father of the late John B. Satti.

There will be a funeral service for Roland on Friday, February 12th at 11:00 am in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 am -11:00 am on Friday morning prior to the service in the funeral home. His burial will be in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery, Pawtucket.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, 1085North Main Street, Providence R.I. 02906.
