Bergeron, Roger Adrien, 94, of Pawtucket, died on January 15, 2017. He was the husband of late Yvette M. (Arsenault) Bergeron.
Adrien was born in Fall River, MA, a son of the late John and Mary Louise (Ouellette) Bergeron. After serving his country in the US Army Field Artillery during World War II, he worked many years for Corning Glass as a truck driver and forklift operator.
Mr. Bergeron is survived by his daughters, Loraine Dixon of Palm Bay, FL, Laurie Ann PreFontaine of Providence, Eileen Gilkenson of Pawtucket, eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Lionel Bergeron, Dorothy LeBerge, Bertha Larosee, Jean Gormley and Theresa Corrigan.
The funeral for Mr. Bergeron will be Friday, January 20th at 11:00 from THE MANNING HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, RI. manningheffern.com.
