Richard Traghella passed into eternal life on June 25, 2017. He was the husband of the late Carolyn (King) Traghella.
Mr. Traghella was born in Providence, the son of the late Mario and Rita (Robitaille) Traghella. He was a jeweler for many years with Apex Department Stores and the former Tilden Thurber.
He is survived by his two sons, Chris Traghella of Tucson, Arizona and Mark Traghella of North Kingston. Richard is also survived by his brothers, Thomas Traghella of Taunton, Massachusetts, James Traghella of East Greenwich and his grandchildren, Shale, Lauren, Kayla, Jacob, Noelle, Ethan. He also had several nieces and nephews. Richard was the brother of the late William Traghella.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Richard on Thursday at 10:00 am in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. His burial will be in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery. The calling hours for Richard will be Thursday morning from 8:30 prior to the funeral. www.manningheffern.com
