Mary Muriel (McKenna) Galleshaw

M. Muriel Galleshaw, of Pawtucket entered into eternal life on July 7, 2016. She was the wife of the late William J. Galleshaw.

Muriel was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late James A. McKenna and Catherine I. (Gill) McKenna. She was employed by the City of Pawtucket in the redevelopment office for many years. Muriel was also employed at the Memorial Hospital of R.I. as a switchboard operator.

Muriel is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas McKenna, Catherine Dooley, Carmelita Ferland and Rita Collella.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Muriel on Monday, July 11th at 11:00 am in St. Teresa’s Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Her calling hours will be Monday morning from 9:30 am in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket.
