Martha Anna (Taylor) Mecchi

Martha A. (Taylor) Mecchi of Pawtucket passed away on April 24, 2017. She was the wife of the late Frank Mecchi.

Mrs. Mecchi was born in Gurdon, Arkansas the daughter of the late Oran F Taylor and Lula J. (Roberson) Taylor. She was a cost analysis for Madison Sandvik in Lincoln for many years.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Cheryl A. (Mecchi) Roque of Gentry, Arkansas, her sisters, Phyliss Doerr and Lettina and her two brothers, Frank and Lano Taylor.

She also leaves her two grandchildren, Christopher and Matthew Roque and four great granddaughters.

She was the mother of the late Steven A. Mecchi and the sister of the late Jerroll and Oran Taylor.

The funeral for Mrs. Mecchi will be Saturday, May 6th at 9:00 am from the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in the Holy Family Parish Church (St. Joseph’s) Walcott Street Pawtucket at 10:00 am. Her burial will be in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery.
