Earl E. Angell, 89, 0f Rumford died on Sunday, August 21, 2016.
He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Lillian (Wynne) Angell.
Mr. Angell was born in Providence, the son of the late Myrtle (Angell) Cox. He was a United States Navy Veteran of WWII and Korea. After the war, Mr. Angell was employed at New England Telephone for 34 years AND Citizens bank..
Earl enjoyed spending time with his family and sharing a good story or a laugh with friends and neighbors.
Earl is survived by his children; Dennis Angell and his wife Pam of Cranston, Thomas Angell and his wife Tracie of Coventry, Susan Angell-Boutin and her husband Leo of Cumberland and Ann Saisselin and her husband Paul of Seekonk Ma. He had seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The funeral for Mr. Angell will be Friday at 9:00 am from the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, Pawtucket Avenue, Rumford at 10:00 am. His burial with full Military honors will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. The calling hours for Earl will be Thursday from 4-7 pm in the funeral home. www.manningheffern.com.
