She was the wife of the late James J. Costa.
Mrs. Costa was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Frank Tavares and Mary (Neves) Tavares.
She is survived by her children; Robert J. Costa of Pawtucket and Laureen Penha-Butler of Irvine Ca. Mrs. Costa also leaves several nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
There will be a funeral service for Mrs. Costa on Saturday, February 21 at 10:30 am in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. Her calling hours will be from 9:00 am until 10:30 am Saturday. Mrs. Costa will be buried with her beloved husband in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery.
